CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES


Brand Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for managing the execution of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
– Assess potential of new product introductions and prepare sales forecasts, as needed
– Analyze global and local retail trends and present suggestions to senior management team
– Assist with market evaluation and analysis of customer demographics, product demand, competition, etc. in order to identify opportunities for new store/product introductions
– Prepare trade show displays, manage trade show set up and participation, and develop follow-up strategies for the sales team
– Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. Good understanding of HTML coding, experience managing Google analytics, Google Adwords, as well as CPC and SEO campaigns
– Update website and online catalogue on a regular basis and manage various social media campaigns
– Create and manage written and visual content
– Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications:
– Degree or Diploma in Marketing with at least five years’ experience in marketing or brand management
– Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations to senior management team
– Solution-oriented with superb project management skills
– Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally
– Experience with relevant software applications including WordPress, Adobe creative suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and other social media management platforms
– Demonstrated experience with computer graphics and photography
– Self-starter, keen to learn and love to work in a fast paced environment
– Can (and likes to) manage both strategic planning as well as hands-on execution
– Exceptional team member and even better working independently

Sales and Design Consultants

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
–  Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase company revenue, by conducting sales presentations and cold-calling if necessary.
–  Build and foster a network of referrals with contractors, builders and interior designers in order to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
–  Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities and other research.
–  Greet showroom visitors and provide design ideas and options using effective upselling techniques.
–  Research product availability and follow up with prospect clients on a timely manner.
–  Offer in-house consultations, provide product samples, prepare quotes, estimate delivery dates and coordinate product installation.

Qualifications:
-  3 years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity.
–  Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
–  Professional demeanour, selling style, and appearance.
–  Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
–  Previous experience in the interior design, tile or flooring industries.
–  Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
–  Excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional language is desirable.
–  Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
–  Due to the nature of retail business, being available to work on Saturdays is a requirement of this position.
