We have been monitoring the status of the COVID-19 epidemic and we are pleased to inform you that our showrooms will begin reopening to walk-in customers on May 4, 2020. Our temporary business hours will be Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Saturdays by appointment only.
If you are not feeling well, we ask you to please respect our team and community, and stay home in accordance with government-approved regulations. Once inside our showrooms, we request all visitors to practice safe physical distancing of at least two meters from our staff.
Please note that the availability of our warehouse team will be limited during this time. We ask you to please be patient with your order, and note that product returns will not be accepted until further notice. If you have an installation, please ensure that the site is in accordance with the BC government protocols. If sites do not meet these requirements, we will have no choice but to refuse service.
