The precious metals used on these decors have instability of the point of colour (variable tone); possible oxidation in the contact with the air and/or humidity; and delicacy of the surface. This does not compromise the aesthetic effect of the product, on the contrary: it enhances the artisanal features.
Cleaning recommendation: DO NOT USE ACIDS AND/OR ABRASIVE SPONGES. To clean these special pieces simply use a soft cloth (such as microfiber or cotton) and alcohol. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE harsh cleansers (acid, calcium removing etc.) and/or abrasive sponges or tools. In case of oxidation, scrub gently with a soft cloth to obtain the original brilliance.
Collocation: use fine-grained cement grout, without abrasive coarse parts (i.e. “glitter”). Immediately clean the grout using a soft sponge taking care to rinse often with clean water.
Installation: it is recommended that the tile installers to protect, before proceeding with laying and grouting, the entire perimeter of the slab by applying paper tape on the glazed surface.
We have made every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colours that you see on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original product. The swatches shown are too small to adequately reproduce all the product’s characteristics, including texture and tonal variations.
